By making a purchase/placing an order, the buyer agrees to the general terms and conditions.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Our prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss value-added tax. The purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by swiss-stylies.com. The prices displayed on the swiss-stylies.com website at the time of the order are decisive. Price changes and errors are reserved.

Order and Payment
Currently, only orders with a destination within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein can be accepted and processed.

swiss-stylies.com accepts the following payment methods: TWINT, credit card, and PayPal.

Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

Delivery and Shipping Costs
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer by Planzer Parcel Service or another transport service provider. Delivery usually takes place within two working days.

Delivery will be made to the house or apartment door where possible. In case of absence, the order will be deposited in front of the house or apartment door.

Upon handover of the goods, or deposit of the goods in front of the door, the benefit and risk transfer to the customer.

The recipient or customer must inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. Obvious defects must be reported to swiss-stylies.com immediately, at the latest within three working days.

Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal can only be legally exercised if the goods are returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in unopened original packaging. After receipt of the goods returned in the described condition, swiss-stylies.com will refund the customer the value of the goods minus a CHF 15.00 return fee.

The goods must be returned at the customer's expense, benefit, and risk to the following address:

Shipping costs already incurred cannot be refunded.

Data Protection
swiss-stylies.com uses the data provided by customers exclusively for the fulfillment and processing of the order, without express consent. Data is passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods, and to the bank commissioned with payment processing. No other personal data will be passed on to third parties. So-called social plugins from social networks may be used on our website. If the customer interacts with these plugins (e.g., Facebook's "Like" button), information is transmitted directly to a server of these social media companies and stored there.

Severability Clause
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Oberarth SZ.
