The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of the information regarding services and content of third-party providers, nor does the information provided here create any obligation or liability on the part of the provider.

4. COOKIES
Cookies are small files that allow specific, device-related information to be stored on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they improve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g., storing login data). On the other hand, they are used to collect statistical data on website usage in order to analyze it in order to improve the service. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that restricts or completely prevents the storage of cookies. However, please note that use and, in particular, user comfort will be limited without cookies.
Users have the ability to manage many companies' online advertising cookies through the US website http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU website http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/.

5. USE OF GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter "Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on users' computers, to help analyze website usage. The information generated by the cookies about website usage is generally sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is activated on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google. Users can prevent cookies from being saved by setting their browser software accordingly; however, the provider points out to users that in this case, you may not be able to use all of the features of the website to their full extent. Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the website (including their IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link.

6. USE OF FACEBOOK SOCIAL PLUGINS
Facebook Social Plugins is a service provided by the social network www.facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter "Facebook"). It uses social plugins (hereinafter "plugins"). The plugins are recognizable by one of the Facebook logos (a white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin." The list and appearance of the Facebook Social Plugins can be viewed here:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When a user visits a website containing such a plugin, their browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook's servers. The plugin content is transmitted directly from Facebook to the user's browser, which then integrates it into the website. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data Facebook collects using this plugin and therefore informs users according to its current level of knowledge.
By integrating the plug-in, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the service. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to their Facebook account. When users interact with the plug-in, for example, by clicking the Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from the user's browser to Facebook and stored there. Even if a user is not a Facebook member, it is still possible that Facebook will obtain and store their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Switzerland.
The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the related rights and setting options for protecting the privacy of users can be found in Facebook's privacy policy:
https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about them through this service and link it to their member data stored on Facebook, they must log out of Facebook before visiting the website.
It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for the browser, for example with the “Facebook Blocker”.
The provider assumes no liability for the accuracy of the information regarding Facebook Social Plugins and/or Facebook, nor does the information provided here create any obligation or liability on the part of the provider.
