We offer a 30-day return policy

This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it , unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@coplax.ch . Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: [TRAMWEG 35 - CH-6414 OBERARTH, Switzerland]. Shipping is at the customer's expense.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved .

Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to charge CHF 15.00 for restocking.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns in the following cases:

• If there is no proof of purchase
• For damaged items caused by the customer
• If the original packaging is not present
• Products that are not complete
• Products that were used

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items (sales, promotions, or discounts with a lower purchase price) or vouchers.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period

Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

Indicated purchase price paid at the time of purchase.

We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved . If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
